Elif Engin

Elif completed her legal studies at Galatasaray University Law Faculty in 2020, subsequent to her graduation with certificate of honor from Galatasaray High School in 2016. She recently completed the micro MBA (Master of Business Administration) program of Galatasaray University on January 2023.

Elif worked both as a trainee and associate in the banking & finance and corporate & transactions teams of prestigious local and international law firms from 2017 to 2023.

She was involved in high profile M&A transactions related to various sectors and she provided strategic consultancy services to Turkish and foreign clients on e-commerce and technology law related matters. Elif also assisted in white-collar crime investigations, and she represented many local and international clients in several projects and lawsuits.

As one of the founding partners of EAS Partners, her practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law matters with a particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions. Elif serves clients in many different sectors and industries, including financial services and technologies, port operation, transportation, mining, energy, infrastructure and healthcare among others. She also provides strategic consultancy services to companies, investors and entrepreneurs on corporate matters.

In addition, Elif acts as a litigator, representing clients in commercial disputes and assists her clients on disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions and shareholder relations.

She also provides pro bono support to international associations and foundations such as World Bank, International Network of Child Rights and Save the Children.
