Atakan completed his legal studies at Galatasaray University Law Faculty in 2020, subsequent to his graduation from Galatasaray High School in 2016.

In the meantime, he attended to the lectures of the Capital Markets Board (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu) experts and to special courses in London School of Economics.

Atakan recently graduated from the micro MBA (Master of Business Administration) program of Galatasaray University on January 2023.

Prior to establishing EAS Partners, Atakan worked both as a trainee and an associate at prestigious local and international law firms, specializing in corporate and banking & finance departments.

As one of the founding partners of EAS Partners, Atakan has worked with numerous banks and companies located in Türkiye and abroad and provides legal assistance to such entities in commercial transactions.

Atakan, being recognized as a member of the banking & finance commission of the Istanbul Bar, also provides legal advice on financial transactions of high-value companies, such as loans, bonds and establishment of securities.

In addition, Atakan acts as a litigator, representing clients in commercial disputes and provides day-to-day legal advice on corporate and commercial law related matters as well as private law and administrative law matters.
